As a Distribution Staff, you will be responsible for monitoring stock levels to ensure product availability and accuracy. You will manage the dispatch process, ensuring that all shipments are handled professionally and reach their destinations on time. Additionally, you will actively evaluate and monitor the performance of our logistics vendors, maintaining high standards of service and operational efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure accurate stock management and prevent shortages.
- Execute and manage the dispatch and shipping processes to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Evaluate and monitor the performance of logistics vendors to maintain high service standards.
- Ensure the safe handling, storage, and organization of goods within the warehouse.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to resolve operational issues and optimize workflows.
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile inventory records.
- Adhere to all safety, health, and environmental regulations in the workplace.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent education.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or distribution is preferred.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items (up to 10-15kg).
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data recording.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or night shifts if required.
