In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the execution of delivery schedules, seamless coordination with transporters, and driving logistics cost optimization strategies to ensure timely shipment delivery. You will lead a team to maintain high standards of efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction within our manufacturing and logistics network.
As a Distribution Supervisor, you will act as the critical bridge between our warehouse operations and external transport partners. You will monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), manage inventory movement, and ensure that all shipments are dispatched and delivered according to the agreed timeline. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage daily distribution operations, including loading, dispatch, and delivery execution.
- Coordinate effectively with transporters and third-party logistics providers to ensure timely cargo movement.
- Optimize logistics routes and schedules to reduce transportation costs and improve overall efficiency.
- Monitor delivery performance and investigate delays to implement effective corrective actions.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of warehouse staff and drivers to maintain high productivity and safety standards.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, company policies, and regulatory requirements during all transport activities.
- Analyze logistics data and prepare regular reports for management to support decision-making and process improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the logistics or manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes, transport management, and warehousing operations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively.
- Proficiency in logistics software and MS Office applications.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driving license is a strong advantage.
