Tanggung Jawab
- Review and validate complex financial documentation and Commercial Real Estate (CRE) data.
- Audit AI-generated document extractions for accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data discrepancies and validation errors.
- Maintain high levels of productivity while meeting strict quality assurance benchmarks.
- Ensure all data processing adheres to global security and privacy standards.
- Provide detailed reporting on validation trends and recurring document errors to stakeholders.
- Support the continuous improvement of automated validation workflows and rule-sets.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in data validation, financial analysis, or document auditing.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong critical thinking skills.
- Proficiency in using RealPage/Voyager software or similar property management platforms.
- Advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, Data Validation tools).
- Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Self-motivated professional capable of working effectively in a 100% remote setting.
- Strong background in Commercial Real Estate (CRE) operations is highly preferred.
