Our ideal candidate will handle end-to-end documentation processes, including bill of lading preparation, commercial invoices, and customs clearance forms. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational discrepancies, track shipment statuses, and implement process improvements. This position requires strong organizational skills and familiarity with Indonesian shipping regulations to maintain compliance while optimizing efficiency.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end freight documentation (B/L, invoices, packing lists) for international shipments
- Coordinate with customs authorities, shipping lines, and clients to ensure regulatory compliance
- Monitor shipment tracking systems and provide real-time updates to stakeholders
- Resolve documentation discrepancies and operational bottlenecks proactively
- Maintain accurate digital and physical records of all logistics transactions
- Collaborate with sales and warehouse teams to support client requirements
- Implement documentation process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years experience in freight forwarding or logistics documentation
- Proficiency in logistics software (e.g., Flexport, Maersk.com) and MS Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian customs regulations and INCOTERMS
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Administration preferred
