Rumah Sakit Pondok Indah Group is seeking a dedicated Medical Doctor specializing in Employee Health and Occupational Safety (K3RS) to join our dynamic healthcare team. As a key member of our wellness initiatives, you will be responsible for facilitating and supporting staff activities aimed at enhancing health and workplace safety standards. This critical role requires proactive engagement in health monitoring, safety program implementation, and compliance with national occupational health regulations. You will collaborate with cross-departmental teams to develop targeted health interventions, conduct risk assessments, and promote a culture of safety across the organization. The ideal candidate will combine medical expertise with strong communication skills to effectively address employee health concerns while ensuring adherence to K3RS protocols.

Tanggung Jawab
- Facilitate and implement employee health improvement programs and workplace safety initiatives (K3RS)
- Conduct regular health screenings, medical examinations, and health consultations for staff
- Develop and maintain occupational health and safety policies compliant with Indonesian regulations
- Investigate workplace accidents, injuries, and health incidents to recommend preventive measures
- Deliver health and safety training programs to employees across all departments
- Monitor workplace environmental conditions and assess health hazards
- Document health records, incident reports, and safety compliance documentation
- Collaborate with HR and department heads on health promotion campaigns
Kualifikasi
- Medical degree (S.Ked) with valid Indonesian medical license
- Minimum 2 years experience in occupational health or employee wellness programs
- Certification in K3RS (Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja) or equivalent
- Strong understanding of Indonesian occupational health and safety regulations
- Excellent communication skills with ability to train diverse employee groups
- Experience conducting health risk assessments and workplace audits
- Proficient in medical documentation and health record management
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
