PT BIA Senyum Sehat Indah is currently seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Dokter Spesialis THT (ENT Specialist) to join our growing medical team in Badung, Bali. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality diagnostic and therapeutic care for patients suffering from disorders of the ear, nose, throat, and related structures of the head and neck.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conducting thorough medical history taking (anamnesis) and physical examinations for patients with ENT complaints.
- Diagnosing and developing comprehensive treatment plans for common and complex ENT conditions.
- Performing medical procedures and minor surgeries related to ENT specialty.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Providing patient education regarding preventive care and treatment adherence.
- Maintaining accurate, detailed, and confidential medical records in accordance with hospital standards.
- Staying updated with the latest clinical advancements and research in Otolaryngology.
Kualifikasi
- Possess a valid STR (Surat Tanda Registrasi) as a Specialist in ENT (THT-KL).
- Strong clinical skills in managing ear, nose, and throat pathology.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or clinical setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with patients.
- Proficiency in using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.
- Willingness to work in a part-time capacity at our Badung facility.
- Commitment to maintaining high ethical and professional standards in medical practice.
