Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare detailed BIM models and 2D technical drawings for various project stages (architectural, structural, and MEP) using software like Revit.
- Ensure all drawings and models comply with relevant building codes, industry standards, and company specifications.
- Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to integrate design changes and ensure coordination.
- Review and revise drawings based on feedback from project teams, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
- Assist in clash detection and resolution processes within the BIM environment to prevent construction conflicts.
- Maintain and organize BIM project files, libraries, and templates to ensure consistency and accessibility.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of BIM workflows and best practices within the department.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) as a Drafter, specifically utilizing Building Information Modeling (BIM) software.
- Exceptional proficiency in Autodesk Revit is mandatory; familiarity with AutoCAD and other design software is a plus.
- Strong understanding of architectural, structural, and MEP drafting principles and construction methodologies.
- Ability to interpret sketches, red-line markups, specifications, and design intent.
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and a commitment to producing quality work.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
