Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and execute comprehensive, age-appropriate lesson plans for middle and high school art students.
- Instruct students in fundamental and advanced techniques of drawing (charcoal, pencil, ink) and painting (watercolor, acrylic, oil).
- Foster a classroom environment that encourages innovation, experimentation, and artistic growth.
- Organize student art exhibitions and showcases to celebrate student achievements.
- Provide individualized feedback and support to help students improve their technical skills and artistic vision.
- Maintain classroom supplies and manage studio safety protocols.
- Monitor student progress through formative assessments and portfolio reviews.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Art Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience teaching art to adolescent students in a school or workshop setting.
- Strong technical proficiency in multiple drawing and painting mediums.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different skill levels and learning styles.
- A deep passion for art history and contemporary visual arts.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage classroom logistics effectively.
