Tanggung Jawab
- Safely transport guests to and from Ngurah Rai International Airport, hotels, surf breaks, and top tourist destinations across Bali.
- Maintain the cleanliness, fuel levels, and overall mechanical condition of company vehicles to ensure safety and reliability.
- Assist guests with luggage, surfboards, and equipment while providing helpful local insights and recommendations.
- Coordinate daily pick-up and drop-off schedules with the operations team to optimize routes and timeliness.
- Adhere strictly to all Indonesian traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times.
- Report any vehicle issues, incidents, or guest feedback immediately to management.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, representing the Indonesia Surfaris brand with a friendly, professional, and patient demeanor.
Kualifikasi
- Valid SIM A (Indonesian Driving License) with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional driving experience, ideally within the tourism, hospitality, or logistics sector.
- Excellent knowledge of Bali’s roads, traffic conditions, and key destinations including the Bukit Peninsula, Canggu, Ubud, and Seminyak.
- Strong command of the English language (spoken); additional languages such as Japanese, Korean, French, or German are highly valued.
- Ability to perform basic vehicle maintenance checks and troubleshoot minor issues independently.
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a positive, flexible, and solution-focused attitude.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality or tourism is an advantage.
- Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and public holidays to meet guest schedules.
