Tanggung Jawab
- Safely transporting passengers and/or goods to their designated destinations in a timely manner.
- Adhering strictly to traffic laws, speed limits, and traffic regulations at all times.
- Maintaining the interior and exterior cleanliness of the vehicle, ensuring a professional appearance.
- Providing exceptional customer service, including assisting with luggage and answering inquiries.
- Performing routine pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and functionality.
- Ensuring the security and comfort of all passengers during transit.
- Communicating effectively with dispatch and management regarding route changes or delays.
Kualifikasi
- Valid driving license (SIM A/B) with a clean driving record.
- High level of integrity, honesty, and trustworthiness.
- Strong empathy and a high service orientation.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work full-time hours consistently.
- Physically fit and in good health.
- Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting is a plus.
