Tanggung Jawab
- Execute product distribution according to assigned routes and schedules
- Deliver goods safely and punctually to customer locations
- Collect overdue payments from clients with professionalism
- Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation
- Conduct vehicle pre-trip inspections and basic maintenance
- Coordinate with warehouse team for efficient loading/unloading
- Adhere to traffic regulations and company safety protocols
- Resolve delivery issues and escalate concerns to management
Kualifikasi
- Valid SIM A license with minimum 2 years driving experience
- Familiarity with Sidoarjo and surrounding areas
- Strong customer service and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle cash transactions and payment collection
- Physical fitness for loading/unloading duties
- Basic mechanical knowledge for vehicle troubleshooting
- Integrity and reliability in financial handling
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
