Hoco Asia Industry is seeking a highly professional and reliable Driver Management professional to join our team in Tangerang. In this critical role, you will be responsible for providing seamless and secure transportation services for our executive management team. We are looking for an individual who prioritizes safety, punctuality, and discretion above all else.
As our Driver Management specialist, you will serve as a key point of contact for daily logistical operations, ensuring that executive travel is efficient and stress-free. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of Tangerang and Greater Jakarta traffic patterns, a spotless driving record, and a professional demeanor suitable for a corporate manufacturing environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Ensure safe, timely, and efficient transportation for the company's executive management team.
- Maintain company vehicles in pristine condition, conducting regular inspections, cleaning, and scheduling routine maintenance.
- Plan and optimize travel routes based on traffic conditions to ensure punctuality for all business appointments.
- Manage vehicle documentation, including registration, insurance renewals, and service records.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professional ethics.
- Monitor fuel consumption and maintain detailed logs of travel expenses and mileage.
- Assist with administrative duties related to logistics or facility support as required by management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School diploma or equivalent; vocational training in automotive maintenance is a plus.
- Possess a valid SIM A or SIM B1 driving license with a clean driving record.
- At least 3-5 years of experience as an executive driver, VIP transport, or in a similar management capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of traffic laws, road safety protocols, and major routes in Tangerang and Jabodetabek.
- Professional appearance, reliable, punctual, and disciplined.
- Ability to communicate effectively in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English proficiency is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing schedules or urgent requests.
