FKS Group is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Driver Management Officer to join our logistics operations team in Cilegon. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily productivity and efficiency of our trucking fleet operations. You will act as the primary liaison between the logistics department and our fleet of drivers, ensuring that all transportation schedules are executed safely, punctually, and in alignment with company standard operating procedures.

Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and supervise daily trucking operations to ensure seamless logistical flow.
- Monitor driver attendance, performance, and compliance with company safety protocols.
- Manage route planning and scheduling to optimize vehicle utilization and reduce turnaround times.
- Handle driver-related administrative tasks, including documentation, payroll verification, and performance reporting.
- Address and resolve operational issues or delays in real-time to ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain regular communication with the maintenance team to ensure all trucks are roadworthy.
- Analyze fleet operational data to identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transportation, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in fleet management or driver coordination.
- Strong understanding of transportation regulations and logistics operations within Indonesia.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage diverse driver teams.
- Proficiency in using fleet management software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Ability to work under pressure and handle rotating shifts or flexible schedules when required.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to operational challenges.
- Based in or willing to be stationed in Cilegon, Banten.
