As our Driver Management Staff, you will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of our drivers. From scouting and recruiting top talent to conducting comprehensive training programs and performance evaluations, you will play a vital role in maintaining our service excellence. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for new drivers, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Coordinate and facilitate training programs covering safety protocols, company policies, and operational best practices.
- Monitor and analyze driver performance metrics to ensure adherence to key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all drivers, including licenses, medical records, and training certifications.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure fleet compliance with legal and company-mandated safety standards.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for driver inquiries, concerns, and conflict resolution.
- Develop and implement engagement strategies to increase driver retention and satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Management, Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.
- Proven experience (min. 1-2 years) in fleet management, driver operations, or human resources.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian traffic regulations and safety compliance standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and fleet management software.
- Exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic logistics environment.
- Willingness to be based in Jakarta Utara and travel as required for site visits.
