Tanggung Jawab
- Safely operate company vehicles to transport goods or passengers according to schedules and routes
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness, mechanical condition, and ensure timely maintenance reporting
- Adhere strictly to traffic regulations and company safety protocols at all times
- Assist with loading/unloading operations when required and verify shipment documentation
- Optimize route planning to ensure timely deliveries and fuel efficiency
- Complete accurate trip logs and mileage reports for operational tracking
- Respond professionally to customer inquiries and resolve delivery-related issues
Kualifikasi
- Valid C-class driver's license with clean driving record (minimum 2 years experience)
- Thorough knowledge of Surabaya road networks and traffic patterns
- Basic vehicle maintenance skills and troubleshooting abilities
- Strong commitment to safety and punctuality
- Physical fitness to handle loading/unloading tasks and long driving hours
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends if needed
