In this pivotal role, you will be the heartbeat of our driver network, responsible for optimizing performance, driving engagement, and ensuring that our fulfillment targets are consistently exceeded.

By analyzing driver behavior and market trends, you will design and execute innovative campaigns and incentive structures that motivate our driver partners. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and analyze real-time driver performance metrics to identify trends and operational bottlenecks.
- Develop and execute driver-focused incentive programs and loyalty campaigns to boost activation and retention.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the Demand/Marketing team to align driver supply with real-time customer order volume.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis on driver churn and churn mitigation strategies.
- Manage end-to-end communication cycles for driver community outreach and policy updates.
- Identify inefficiencies in the driver lifecycle and propose tech-driven solutions to improve the driver experience.
- Prepare comprehensive weekly and monthly reports on operational KPIs for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Operations, Logistics, or Performance Management.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and data visualization tools (Tableau, SQL preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and comfort working with large, complex datasets.
- Fluency in both Indonesian and English is essential.
