Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to increase driver retention and engagement.
- Monitor and analyze driver performance data to identify bottlenecks and optimize fleet efficiency.
- Lead onboarding and training programs to ensure all drivers meet Lalamoveās high standards of service.
- Manage end-to-end communication with driver partners to resolve operational issues and gather feedback.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product, to roll out new driver-centric features.
- Conduct field visits to understand market conditions and gather ground-level insights.
- Maintain a proactive approach to solving supply-demand imbalances within the Jakarta region.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorās degree in Business, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in operations, logistics, or fleet management.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, or data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
