Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively engage with driver partners through regular outreach and relationship-building activities
- Identify and address driver needs, concerns, and operational challenges
- Facilitate driver onboarding and provide ongoing support and training
- Monitor driver performance metrics and implement improvement strategies
- Collaborate with logistics teams to align driver services with operational goals
- Document interactions and maintain accurate partner relationship records
- Develop initiatives to enhance driver retention and satisfaction
- Act as primary point of contact for driver escalations and conflict resolution
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service, partner management, or logistics support
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a solutions-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in digital communication tools and basic CRM software
- Valid driver's license (SIM A/SIM C) preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Understanding of transportation industry dynamics in East Java
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business preferred
