Bali Hai Brewery Indonesia, a leading name in the beverage industry, is seeking a motivated and reliable Driver Warehouse to join our logistics team in Bali. As a key member of our distribution network, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our premium products reach our outlets promptly and in perfect condition.

You will be responsible for the safe operation of company vehicles, meticulous handling of inventory, and maintaining high standards of delivery service across the Bali region.
Tanggung Jawab
- Execute daily delivery schedules to ensure timely distribution of products to various outlets across Bali.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness and safety compliance.
- Load and unload goods accurately, ensuring items are secured and handled according to company protocols to prevent damage.
- Maintain clear and accurate delivery documentation, including delivery receipts and inventory logs.
- Communicate effectively with warehouse supervisors regarding delivery status, traffic conditions, or route adjustments.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and internal operational policies.
- Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks (fuel, oil, tires) to ensure the vehicle remains in good operating condition.
- Meet and exceed daily delivery targets and service level agreements (SLAs).
Kualifikasi
- Possess a valid Driver’s License (SIM B1 or B2 preferred).
- Proven experience as a professional driver, preferably in logistics or FMCG distribution.
- Strong knowledge of Bali's road networks and routes.
- Ability to perform manual labor, including lifting and moving beverage cases.
- High level of integrity, punctuality, and professional work ethic.
- Ability to work under pressure and adhere to strict delivery timelines.
- Strong communication skills and ability to represent the company positively at customer outlets.
- Flexible availability to work according to operational needs.
