Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor dry mortar production machinery to ensure continuous and efficient output.
- Perform regular quality control checks on raw materials and finished products to maintain industry standards.
- Adhere strictly to all Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols at the production facility.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery to prevent downtime.
- Accurately document production data and shift reports.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to manage inventory and ensure timely loading and dispatch.
- Troubleshoot basic mechanical issues during operation and escalate complex problems to the maintenance team.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing, heavy industry, or construction material plant.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work in rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Good understanding of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety compliance.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies in production.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
