Putra Perkasa Abadi is seeking a qualified Dump Truck Operator 20-30 Ton to join our dynamic mining operations team in Jakarta. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced heavy equipment operators who are committed to safety, efficiency, and operational excellence.

Tanggung Jawab
- Operate Dump Truck (20-30 ton capacity) safely and efficiently to transport materials and overburden across mining sites
- Perform Pre-Operation Inspection (P2H) on all assigned equipment before each shift to ensure optimal working condition
- Maintain strict adherence to Occupational Health and Safety (K3) protocols and company safety regulations
- Collaborate with site supervisors and other equipment operators to ensure smooth workflow and productivity
- Report any mechanical issues, damages, or safety concerns immediately to the maintenance team
- Maintain accurate logs of operational activities, including mileage, fuel consumption, and loading cycles
- Ensure proper loading and unloading procedures to maximize efficiency and minimize material loss
- Keep the cab and exterior of the vehicle clean and organized at all times
Kualifikasi
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK (High School Diploma) - all majors are welcome to apply
- Must possess a valid driver's license for heavy vehicles (Class B2 or higher preferred)
- Proven experience operating Dump Truck, Dozer, or Excavator in mining or construction environments
- Strong understanding of K3 (Occupational Health and Safety) procedures and regulations
- Proficient in Pre-Operation Inspection (P2H) procedures for heavy equipment
- Physically fit and able to work in challenging outdoor mining conditions
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
- Willingness to work rotational shifts and overtime as required by operational demands
