In this critical position, you will be responsible for the precise handling and dumping of raw materials used in milk production. You will ensure that every delivery meets the specific type, quantity, and formula requirements, maintaining the integrity and quality of our production process.
As a Dumper Leader, you will act as the key operator on the ground, overseeing the efficient flow of materials from trucks to storage or production lines. We value safety, accuracy, and teamwork. You will lead a team of operators, ensuring that safety protocols are strictly followed and that machinery is maintained in optimal condition. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operation of dumping raw materials for milk production, ensuring accuracy in type and quantity.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the dumping team to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.
- Ensure all dumping activities comply with strict safety regulations and hygiene standards.
- Monitor raw material inventory levels and communicate shortages or overages to the control room.
- Perform pre-start and post-shift inspections on dump trucks and dumping equipment to ensure mechanical integrity.
- Enforce company policies regarding traffic management and material handling procedures.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately to the Maintenance and Safety departments.
- Train and mentor junior operators on proper handling techniques and safety procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Dumper Operator or in a similar material handling position.
- Valid Driver's License (SIM A) is mandatory for this role.
- Strong understanding of basic mechanical principles and the ability to perform basic troubleshooting.
- Ability to read and interpret technical formulas and material specifications accurately.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively direct the team.
- Physical stamina and the ability to work in outdoor industrial environments, including adverse weather conditions.
- Commitment to safety and adherence to all company operational procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
