- Lead and coordinate AeroDarat Sdn. Bhd. team for safe, timely, and efficient station management
- Oversee daily domestic flight operations including check-in, boarding, and baggage handling
- Ensure strict compliance with aviation safety regulations and company protocols
- Manage staff scheduling, performance, and professional development
- Resolve operational disruptions and customer service issues with urgency
- Prepare comprehensive operational reports and performance metrics
- Collaborate with ground operations, security, and maintenance teams
- Implement process improvements for operational efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Aviation, Business Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in aviation operations or station management
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages
- Deep understanding of aviation safety regulations (ICAO, CAK)
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Experience with airport management systems and operational software
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and during irregular operations
