Kualifikasi

  • SPM or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum 1-2 years of customer service experience
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia

  • Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with office software
