Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain product listings across various e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and Qoo10.
- Monitor and update inventory levels regularly to ensure product availability and prevent overselling.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints via online chat and email professionally.
- Implement and monitor digital marketing campaigns, flash sales, and seasonal promotions.
- Generate regular sales reports and analyze performance data to identify growth opportunities.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure product images and descriptions are accurate and SEO-optimized.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce operations or retail sales.
- Proficiency in using marketplace seller centers (Shopee, Lazada, etc.).
- Strong command of English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Competency in MS Excel for data entry, reporting, and inventory tracking.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a customer-centric mindset.
