- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with early learning standards
- Create safe, engaging learning environments that promote exploration and discovery
- Monitor children's developmental progress and maintain individualized learning portfolios
- Facilitate social-emotional growth through positive guidance and conflict resolution
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to support children's educational journey
- Organize educational materials and maintain clean, organized classroom spaces
- Participate in curriculum development and center-wide educational events
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Minimum 1 year experience in preschool/kindergarten setting
- Certification in Early Childhood Education preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, creativity, and passion for working with young children
- Ability to design inclusive, play-based learning activities
- Basic understanding of child psychology and developmental milestones
