Tanggung Jawab
- Advise prospective students and parents about Sparks Music's educational programs and enrollment options
- Conduct presentations and demonstrations to showcase music courses and facilities
- Achieve individual and team sales targets through effective student acquisition strategies
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and follow-up activities
- Collaborate with teaching staff to align student recommendations with program offerings
- Organize promotional events and workshops to attract new enrollments
- Provide ongoing support to enrolled students to ensure satisfaction and retention
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 1-2 years in sales, customer service, or education consultancy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport
- Strong presentation and negotiation abilities
- Passion for music education and student development
- Proficiency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Target-oriented mindset with proven sales achievement
- Experience in CRM systems and sales reporting
