Join IDP Consulting Indonesia as an Education Counsellor and become a pivotal guide in transforming students' dreams of studying in the UK into reality. Based in our Surabaya Timur office, you'll provide comprehensive support throughout the entire student journey—from initial consultations and university selections to visa processing and accommodation arrangements. This role demands exceptional communication skills, cultural awareness, and a deep understanding of international education systems. You'll work closely with students and families to navigate complex application processes, ensuring compliance with UK immigration requirements while maintaining high service standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide personalized education counseling to prospective students interested in studying in the UK
- Guide students through university selection, application procedures, and admission requirements
- Assist with visa application processes, document preparation, and compliance checks
- Coordinate accommodation arrangements and pre-departure briefings for successful applicants
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and UK education institutions
- Stay updated on UK education policies, visa regulations, and institutional changes
- Meet sales targets by converting student inquiries into enrollments
- Collaborate with marketing team to promote UK education opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in education counseling, student recruitment, or sales
- Excellent command of English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal)
- Deep knowledge of UK education system, universities, and visa requirements
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
- Proven track record in customer service and achieving sales targets
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Certification in education counseling or international recruitment preferred
