As an Education Counsellor, you will be the trusted advisor guiding students through every step of the process, ensuring a smooth transition from initial inquiry to successful enrollment.
Your primary focus will be managing the student lifecycle, starting with an in-depth consultation to understand their academic background and career aspirations. You will provide expert advice on selecting the right universities and courses in the UK, assist with the preparation of application documents, and coordinate with university admissions teams. Beyond admissions, you will play a critical role in navigating the UK student visa process, helping students secure their visas and arranging suitable accommodation in the UK.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive one-on-one consultations to assess student profiles, academic history, and study abroad goals.
- Provide detailed guidance on UK universities, courses, and scholarship opportunities to match student aspirations.
- Assist students with the complete application process, including document preparation, submission, and follow-up.
- Guide students through the UK student visa application process and immigration requirements.
- Coordinate with partner institutions to secure admission offers and process enrollment paperwork.
- Assist with accommodation arrangements and provide pre-departure briefings for international students.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and progress within the CRM system.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in education consultancy, student recruitment, or sales is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the UK higher education system and student visa regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets.
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Valid driving license is an advantage.
