Ley Choon Group Holdings Limited, a premier infrastructure and civil engineering powerhouse in Singapore, is seeking a dedicated and experienced EHS Officer (Environmental Health & Safety) to join our team at Sungei Kadut. As a key member of our safety division, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our operations adhere strictly to the highest standards of the Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Act and related regulations.
You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and continuously improving our safety management systems. From conducting comprehensive risk assessments and site audits to leading incident investigations and driving corrective actions, your work will be instrumental in maintaining a zero-harm environment. You will serve as the primary liaison with regulatory authorities including MOM and NEA, ensuring full compliance across all project sites.
We are looking for a proactive leader who can champion safety culture, conduct engaging toolbox meetings, and provide expert training to our workforce. Your ability to identify hazards, implement effective control measures, and foster a culture of collective responsibility will be vital to our success.

Tanggung Jawab
- Ensure compliance with the WSH Act, regulations, and company policies across all project sites and operational areas.
- Develop, implement, and maintain the Safety Management System (SMS) in accordance with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards.
- Conduct regular risk assessments, site inspections, and safety audits to identify hazards and ensure effective control measures.
- Lead investigations into workplace accidents, incidents, and near misses, preparing detailed reports and recommending preventive actions.
- Organize and deliver WSH training, toolbox meetings, and safety briefings to employees and subcontractors.
- Manage WSH documentation, including permits-to-work, safety data sheets, and incident records.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies (MOM, NEA) on WSH matters, including incident reporting and compliance inspections.
- Drive continuous improvement in safety culture, environmental performance, and emergency response planning.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Registered as a Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO) with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM), Singapore.
- Minimum 2 – 3 years of relevant EHS experience in the Construction, Civil Engineering, or Infrastructure sectors.
- Strong working knowledge of WSH regulations, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 standards.
- Certifications in Fire Safety Manager, Confined Space Assessor, or Advanced Certificate in WSH are highly advantageous.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and report-writing skills in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and safety management software.
- Self-motivated, team-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
