Orang Kampung Holding Sdn Bhd is a dynamic and growing company based in Merlimau, Melaka, dedicated to providing high-quality products and solutions to our customers. We are currently looking for an innovative and results-oriented R&D Executive to join our team. As an R&D Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving the development of new products and improving existing ones through rigorous research, analysis, and testing.
In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire product development cycle from concept to launch. You will work closely with various departments including production, quality assurance, and marketing to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and market relevance. Your insights and recommendations will directly influence our product strategy and competitive positioning.
We are looking for someone with a strong scientific background, excellent analytical skills, and a creative mindset. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience in food or consumer goods R&D is a plus, but we also welcome candidates from other scientific disciplines who are eager to learn and contribute.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct research and development activities to create new products and improve existing product lines.
- Plan and execute experiments, trials, and tests to evaluate product performance and quality.
- Analyze data from research and trials to provide insights and recommendations for product improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality assurance, and marketing to align R&D activities with business goals.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation.
- Prepare technical reports, documentation, and presentations to communicate findings and progress to management.
- Ensure all R&D activities comply with regulatory standards and company policies.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the R&D department and across the organization.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Food Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in R&D, preferably in the manufacturing or consumer goods industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis software and tools.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork.
- Fluency in English and Malay (both written and spoken).
