Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of electrical engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
- Oversee the design, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of all electrical systems and power distribution networks within the facility.
- Develop and implement comprehensive preventive and predictive maintenance programs for electrical infrastructure to minimize downtime and maximize operational efficiency.
- Ensure strict compliance with all local and international electrical safety standards, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Manage budgets, resources, and project timelines for electrical department initiatives and upgrades.
- Collaborate with other engineering sections and production teams to integrate electrical solutions and support overall plant operations.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections of electrical equipment and systems to identify potential risks and recommend corrective actions.
- Drive initiatives for energy optimization, cost reduction, and adoption of new technologies within the power distribution domain.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field from an accredited university.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in industrial electrical engineering, with at least 3-5 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- In-depth knowledge of high-voltage (HV) and low-voltage (LV) power distribution systems, switchgear, transformers, and motor control centers (MCCs).
- Proven experience with industrial automation systems (e.g., PLCs, SCADA) is a strong advantage.
- Strong understanding of electrical codes (e.g., PUIL/SNI, IEC, NFPA) and industrial safety regulations.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a technical team effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex electrical issues.
- Proficiency in relevant electrical design software (e.g., AutoCAD Electrical) and maintenance management systems.
- Strong communication skills (both Bahasa Indonesia and English) and the ability to collaborate across departments.
