Are you an experienced Quality Control professional with a deep technical understanding of electrical systems? Elektrika is currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Electrical Quality Control Supervisor to join our manufacturing team in Legok, Banten. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining our high standards of excellence by overseeing the inspection processes, ensuring all electrical components meet regulatory safety and performance benchmarks.
You will be responsible for leading the QC team, streamlining inspection workflows, and acting as the primary technical point of contact for quality-related issues on the production floor. The ideal candidate is a natural leader who is passionate about continuous improvement, precision, and operational efficiency within a high-stakes manufacturing environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and mentor the Quality Control team to ensure all electrical inspections are conducted accurately and in line with company standards.
- Develop and implement robust quality inspection procedures for incoming materials and finished electrical goods.
- Conduct regular audits of the production line to identify and mitigate potential technical defects.
- Analyze quality data to identify trends and propose actionable solutions to reduce scrap and rework rates.
- Collaborate with production and engineering departments to troubleshoot electrical hardware issues in real-time.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of all QC findings, test results, and compliance reports.
- Ensure all inspection tools and testing equipment are calibrated and maintained according to safety protocols.
- Provide technical guidance and training to staff regarding new quality assurance protocols and electrical safety standards.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a Quality Control or Quality Assurance role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong working knowledge of electrical schematic interpretation and testing instrumentation (multimeters, oscilloscopes, etc.).
- Proven track record in team supervision and leadership, with the ability to foster a safety-first culture.
- Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in using quality management software or MS Office.
- Deep understanding of local electrical safety regulations and industry quality standards (ISO).
- High level of attention to detail and ability to work effectively under production-driven deadlines.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
