Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain and troubleshoot electrical power generation systems, switchgear, and distribution networks
- Overhaul and repair electrical motors, pumps, and auxiliary machinery
- Service electronic navigation and communication equipment (radar, GPS, ECDIS)
- Implement preventive maintenance schedules for all electrical systems
- Ensure compliance with SOLAS, Class Society, and flag state regulations
- Manage electrical inventory and spare parts requisitioning
- Train junior crew on safe electrical practices and emergency procedures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering or Electrical Engineering
- Valid Electro-Technical Officer (ETO) certification from MARITIME industry authority
- Minimum 2 years' experience on bulk carriers or similar merchant vessels
- Proficiency in reading electrical schematics and system diagrams
- Familiarity with automation systems and PLC troubleshooting
- Valid STCW certification including Basic Safety Training
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
