Tanggung Jawab
- Respond to customer inquiries via email promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints and technical issues.
- Receive and respond to escalated issues from customers, ensuring satisfactory resolution.
- Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues.
- Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) and First Contact Resolution (FCR).
- Adhere to company guidelines and procedures to ensure data privacy and security.
Kualifikasi
- At least 6 months of Call Center Experience (CCE) is required.
- Excellent written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems efficiently.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
- Willing to work onsite in Metro Manila.
- Ability to work in a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficient in using computers and typing skills.
