Tanggung Jawab
- Perform andrology and embryology laboratory procedures including semen analysis, sperm preparation, and ICSI/IVF techniques
- Handle, culture, and monitor gametes and embryos under strict laboratory conditions
- Maintain accurate laboratory records and documentation of all procedures
- Adhere to strict quality control standards and laboratory protocols
- Assist in the development and implementation of new laboratory techniques and procedures
- Collaborate with the medical team to optimize treatment protocols
- Ensure proper maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in reproductive medicine and embryology
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Medical Technology, or related field
- Master's degree or PhD in Reproductive Medicine, Embryology, or related field preferred
- Certification in Embryology (e.g., ACE, ESHRE) or equivalent professional qualification
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an assisted reproductive technology laboratory
- Strong understanding of reproductive biology and embryology principles
- Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with healthcare professionals
- Knowledge of laboratory safety protocols and quality assurance procedures
