We are currently seeking a highly skilled and disciplined Engine Foreman to lead our engine room operations. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining vessel performance, ensuring the engine department runs efficiently, and upholding the safety protocols required for maritime transportation.

Tanggung Jawab
- Direct and supervise daily work activities for oilers and wipers to ensure high standards of engine room maintenance.
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for main engines and auxiliary machinery.
- Monitor and record inventory levels for engine room spare parts, ensuring timely requisition and stock management.
- Enforce strict health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols within the engine room.
- Inspect mechanical systems regularly to identify potential failures before they impact vessel operations.
- Coordinate with the Chief Engineer on technical reports and machinery performance analysis.
- Train and mentor junior engine staff on best practices and safety procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a maritime engine room environment.
- Possess a valid Certificate of Competency (COC) and Certificate of Proficiency (COP) relevant to the position.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse engine crew.
- Strong technical knowledge of marine engines, auxiliary machinery, and mechanical systems.
- Excellent inventory management skills with experience in spare parts procurement and tracking.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and engine specifications.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English for technical documentation.
- Strong commitment to maritime safety standards and industry compliance.
