Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee engineering project execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Coordinate cross-functional teams between manufacturing, logistics, and transportation departments
- Implement process optimization strategies to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs
- Lead technical troubleshooting and root cause analysis for complex engineering challenges
- Develop engineering documentation including SOPs, maintenance protocols, and safety procedures
- Mentor junior engineers and technical staff through structured training programs
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 5 years engineering experience with 2+ years in team leadership role
- Strong background in manufacturing processes and supply chain logistics
- Proficiency in engineering software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, ERP systems)
- Proven track record in project management and budget oversight
- Advanced problem-solving skills with analytical mindset
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
