Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate daily technical maintenance operations across production lines
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime
- Lead a team of technicians through effective delegation and performance management
- Diagnose complex machinery issues and execute timely repairs
- Manage spare parts inventory and procurement processes
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and environmental regulations
- Prepare maintenance reports and performance metrics for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with production teams to align maintenance schedules with operational needs
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years experience as Technical Supervisor/Maintenance Lead in manufacturing
- Strong expertise in industrial machinery maintenance and operational procedures
- Proven leadership skills with team management experience
- Advanced troubleshooting abilities for mechanical/electrical systems
- Familiarity with preventive maintenance frameworks (TPM, CMMS)
- Knowledge of safety standards (K3) and environmental regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Engineering preferred
- Proficiency in maintenance reporting software and data analysis
