- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of English teachers to ensure high-quality instruction.
- Oversee the implementation of curriculum standards and ensure content quality across all levels.
- Monitor student progress and learning outcomes to align teaching methods with educational goals.
- Conduct regular classroom observations and provide actionable, constructive feedback to staff.
- Resolve academic-related issues and enhance the overall learning experience for students.
- Coordinate teacher scheduling, workshops, and ongoing professional development training sessions.
- Analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement in teaching quality and program efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in English Literature, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in English teaching, with at least 1 year in a leadership or coordination role.
- Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Deep understanding of modern English language teaching methodologies (TEFL/TESOL certification is a plus).
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
