Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and deliver engaging English lessons tailored to elementary students.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment.
- Assess and evaluate student progress to ensure learning goals are met.
- Design creative educational materials and resources.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student development.
- Collaborate with the teaching team to align curriculum standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, or a related field.
- Relevant teaching certification (TEFL/TESOL) is highly preferred.
- Previous experience teaching elementary school students is a plus.
- Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for working with children.
