Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English or Mandarin lessons tailored to various age groups and proficiency levels.
- Utilize diverse teaching methodologies to foster an interactive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Create high-quality teaching materials, worksheets, and multimedia resources to enhance learning.
- Maintain accurate student records, including attendance and academic performance reports.
- Participate in periodic training sessions and team meetings to align with school curriculum standards.
- Provide individualized support to students requiring additional help to meet their learning objectives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Mandarin Literature, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in teaching English or Mandarin as a second language.
- Exceptional command of spoken and written English and/or Mandarin (HSK certification or equivalent is a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to relate to students of all ages.
- Passionate, creative, and proactive approach to lesson planning and classroom management.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and adapt to a fast-paced setting.
- Willingness to work from our Green Lake City location on a part-time basis.
