Yayasan Auliya Insan Utama (Sekolah Islam Terpadu Auliya) is seeking an enthusiastic and highly skilled English Teacher to join our faculty for the 2026/2027 academic year. We provide an integrated Islamic-based curriculum that encourages students to think critically while mastering English as a global communication tool.
As an English Teacher, you will be responsible for creating an engaging classroom environment for our Primary and Middle School students. You will utilize creative pedagogical techniques to ensure students develop strong reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that align with the school's integrated curriculum standards.
- Facilitate interactive classroom activities that improve students' English literacy and communication skills.
- Provide constructive feedback and assessment on student performance to ensure continuous academic growth.
- Integrate Islamic values and character-building initiatives into English language instruction.
- Maintain regular communication with parents regarding student progress and behavioral development.
- Participate in departmental meetings, professional development workshops, and school-wide extracurricular activities.
- Create a welcoming, inclusive, and culturally sensitive classroom environment for all learners.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in English Education, Literature, Linguistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a Primary or Middle School setting.
- Strong command of English, both spoken and written (Native or Near-Native proficiency is preferred).
- Passionate about teaching and working with children and adolescents.
- Demonstrated ability to use digital tools and educational software to enhance learning outcomes.
- Strong interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and ability to work in a collaborative school environment.
- A commitment to and understanding of Islamic education values and principles.
