Bricolage Group Of Companies is looking for an experienced Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and Business Continuity Management (BCM) Manager to join our team in Marikina City. In this pivotal role, you will be the guardian of our organizational stability, designing frameworks that anticipate risks and ensure seamless operations regardless of external challenges.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop, implement, and maintain the organization-wide Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework and BCM policies.
  • Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify, analyze, and document potential operational, financial, and strategic risks.
  • Lead the design and execution of business continuity and disaster recovery plans to minimize downtime during incidents.
  • Facilitate cross-functional workshops to promote a culture of risk awareness across all departments.
  • Monitor key risk indicators (KRIs) and provide actionable reports to the board and executive leadership.
  • Coordinate with IT and operations teams to ensure robust incident response protocols are in place and regularly tested.
  • Manage regulatory compliance requirements related to risk and contingency planning within the Philippine landscape.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; a Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CRMA, CRISC, CBCP) is highly preferred.
  • Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in risk management, internal audit, or business continuity planning.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into clear strategic recommendations.
  • Proven track record in designing and stress-testing BCM frameworks in a fast-paced retail or corporate environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior management.
  • High level of proficiency in MS Office Suite and risk management software tools.
  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to manage cross-functional projects effectively.
