Tanggung Jawab
- Execute and maintain comprehensive document governance frameworks to ensure enterprise-wide compliance.
- Develop, automate, and refine recurring management reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process gaps and implement remediation plans.
- Conduct deep-dive data analysis to provide actionable insights for senior leadership.
- Maintain internal controls and audit readiness documentation for critical enterprise services.
- Support the continuous improvement of reporting tools and data visualization dashboards.
- Act as a subject matter expert for governance protocols, providing guidance to team members.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in governance, risk, compliance, or management reporting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Power Query, Pivot Tables, Macros) and PowerPoint.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets accurately.
- Proven ability to work independently in a US-shift/offshore model with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of financial services regulations and documentation standards.
