Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive HSE policies aligned with ISO 45001 and local regulations
- Conduct regular workplace inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits
- Investigate incidents and near-misses to determine root causes and implement corrective actions
- Deliver engaging HSE training programs for employees across all departments
- Monitor environmental compliance and manage waste reduction initiatives
- Prepare detailed HSE reports for management and regulatory bodies
- Coordinate emergency response drills and maintain crisis management protocols
- Stay current with evolving HSE regulations and industry best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of HSE experience in manufacturing or industrial settings
- Certification in OSHA, ISO 45001, or equivalent safety management systems
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian environmental regulations and labor laws
- Advanced proficiency in safety data analysis and incident investigation techniques
- Excellent communication skills with ability to train diverse audiences
- Experience developing and maintaining H documentation systems
- Proficiency in HSE software tools and digital reporting platforms
