Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the preparation, submission, and follow-up of AMDAL, UKL-UPL, and other environmental impact assessment documents to ensure regulatory approval.
- Manage all environmental permits, licenses, and approvals, ensuring timely renewals and compliance with local and national regulations (e.g., PP No. 22 Tahun 2021).
- Conduct regular environmental compliance audits and inspections across industrial estates, identifying potential risks and implementing corrective actions.
- Develop, implement, and monitor environmental management programs, including waste management, water quality, air emissions, and hazardous materials.
- Liaise effectively with government agencies, regulatory bodies, and external consultants on all environmental matters.
- Prepare comprehensive environmental performance reports for internal stakeholders and external regulatory submissions.
- Provide expert guidance and training to staff on environmental best practices, policies, and emergency response procedures.
- Stay updated with evolving environmental legislation, standards, and best practices relevant to industrial operations in Indonesia.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Chemical Engineering, Biology, or a closely related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in environmental management, with significant hands-on experience in AMDAL documentation and regulatory compliance within an industrial or manufacturing setting.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian environmental laws, regulations (e.g., UU PPLH, PP No. 22 Tahun 2021), and permitting processes.
- Proven ability to manage environmental projects, conduct risk assessments, and develop effective mitigation strategies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with various stakeholders from operations to regulatory bodies.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is essential for documentation and communication.
- Possession of relevant certifications (e.g., POPA, PPLH, ISO 14001 Lead Auditor) is highly advantageous.
