In this critical leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance, calibration, and optimization of our complex engineering equipment. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise the daily operations of the equipment maintenance team to ensure maximum plant uptime.
- Develop and implement comprehensive preventive and predictive maintenance schedules for all critical production machinery.
- Manage equipment calibration processes to maintain compliance with international quality standards and specifications.
- Analyze equipment performance data to identify bottlenecks and implement effective optimization strategies.
- Oversee the procurement and inventory management of spare parts and critical maintenance components.
- Ensure full compliance with workplace safety (K3) regulations and environmental standards during all maintenance activities.
- Provide technical training and mentorship to junior engineering staff to foster skill development and internal growth.
- Collaborate with the production and quality control departments to troubleshoot complex mechanical or electrical failures.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in equipment maintenance within a high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Proven leadership experience managing a technical team or shift.
- Deep understanding of PLC systems, automation, and industrial machinery maintenance protocols.
- Proficiency in using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform root cause analysis (RCA) on recurring technical issues.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle urgent equipment repairs under pressure.
- Good communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
