As an Equipment Staff, you will be the backbone of our container tracking operations. You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of container movements, maintaining real-time data integrity, and providing actionable insights through daily reporting. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee daily container in & out operations to ensure 100% data accuracy.
- Input all container movement data into the company’s internal Warehouse Management System (WMS) or ERP system.
- Generate and reconcile comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly equipment reports for management review.
- Coordinate closely with port authorities, depot staff, and trucking partners to resolve discrepancies in container status.
- Monitor equipment inventory levels to prevent shortages and ensure optimal flow of operations.
- Conduct regular audits of container tracking logs to verify integrity of documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company standard operating procedures (SOP) and safety guidelines during documentation processes.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transportation, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in container management, port operations, or logistics administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data manipulation).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle high-volume data entry with minimal errors.
- Familiarity with container tracking software or logistics ERP systems is highly preferred.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight reporting deadlines.
- Strong communication skills in Indonesian and basic English for reporting purposes.
- Willing to be based in Jakarta Utara.
