Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects from discovery to post-go-live support.
- Conduct deep-dive business process analysis to identify gaps and propose optimized ERP solutions.
- Design, develop, and customize ERP modules to meet specific client requirements.
- Provide comprehensive training sessions for end-users and create easy-to-follow technical documentation.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide ongoing maintenance and support for existing systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ERP with third-party applications and databases.
- Ensure project milestones are met on time and within the defined scope.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in ERP implementation (e.g., SAP, Odoo, Oracle, or local ERP systems).
- Strong proficiency in programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, PHP, or Java) for system customization.
- In-depth knowledge of business accounting processes and financial workflows.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple terms for non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in conducting user training workshops and creating SOP documentation.
